It's Here!

His original is spectacular! (check out his site www.michaelspeedphotography.com) He took it in 2013, before the last of the big hurricanes blew through. This beach is constantly reimagining itself due to erosion and storms tearing at its shoreline. I grew up vacationing there and remember it fondly.

I'm excited to move forward with publicity on this first book in the Tempest Trilogy since it is complete, unlike books two and three. I am still holding out hope of peaking the interest of an literary agent to assist in finding a publishing house. I am nothing if not traditional, but I have to admit, the pandemic has been a game changer.

Self-publishing is author driven and full of options with the invention of Crowd-funding campaigns. I love having input in every part of the process, although it can be overwhelming sometimes. If I can generate enough of my own press, it doesn't mean traditional publishing is out of the question, either.
