In the Face of God

Long ago I shared that my happy place is in nature, unplugging and experiencing God’s majesty. Even in the brokeness of a devistating fire or flood of a natural disaster, the aftermath reminds us how very small human kind is in the entirety of creation. Our time is short here.
Our puny minds could never absorb the greatness of looking upon God's face. I prefer to be that small cog in the wheel of His creation, doing my part, attempting to do the right thing. The "face" of this world often travels in another direction seemingly rewarded for it. This only reminds me-Karma is a bitch.
